ZRS Management, LLC seeks a Property Manager for a Dallas apartment community. You will oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Property Manager in multifamily housing preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lead leasing, maintenance, and admin staff.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Research market rental rates and set competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance techs, and admin staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance for work orders, move-ins, and make-readies.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
