Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Portland, OR is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site operations, leasing, and resident relations across a multi-family community. You will oversee financial performance, occupancy, and staff performance while ensuring compliance and tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of on-site property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software such as Yardi.

Qualifications

• 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management software (Yardi a plus).
• Ability to review and report financial information and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance by monitoring rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Manage resident relations, handling calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff and oversee leasing paperwork.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; assist with asset plans.
