Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents, ensuring they meet their performance goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure work orders and turns are completed to S2’s standards.
• Continuously look for ways to increase occupancy and retain residents.
• Develop and execute strategies for challenging markets.
• Approve and monitor budgets for maximum ROI.
• Report to the executive team on risks and opportunities.
• Host engagement events to show residents their value.
• Represent S2 and uphold core values.
