Job summary

Karya Property Management seeks a dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our residential communities. You will manage leasing, maintenance, resident services, and on-site staff, ensuring exceptional service and strong occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or related field.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred.
• Bilingual skills to communicate with diverse resident communities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience on Rent Manager Software.
• Certification such as CAM or CAPS is preferred but not mandatory.
