Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily inspections of the property and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Maintain direct supervision of staff, including schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are upheld and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with proper sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests or concerns with discretion.
• Manage administrative duties including required reporting.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs and marketing concepts.
• Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
