Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential property management, preferably in a management level role.

Responsibilities

• Own full financial performance of the asset, including monitoring income and expenses.
• Recruit, manage and develop on-site positions to achieve performance goals.
• Market and advertise apartment homes in compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
• Develop positive relationships with other communities and departments for optimal results.
• Build relationships with and manage sales and service teams to exceed expectations.
