Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation of leasing and service departments focusing on retention and customer service.
• Manages operations to ensure profitability within the annual operating budget.
• Develops relationships with customers, residents, vendors and staff.
• Performs market surveys to keep offerings competitively priced.
• Prepares periodic reports on property condition for leadership.
• Coaches, trains, and manages on-site employees and schedules.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures by staff.
• Oversees vendor work and capital improvement projects.
• Handles administrative tasks including rent collection and eviction processes.
