Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and meet financial and operational goals. You will coordinate with maintenance, hire employees, and ensure policies are followed while upholding AMC safety guidelines.

Requirements include 1-2 years in property management, sound judgment, attention to detail, and knowledge of Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily physical inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, work schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Uphold AMC policies and report infractions.
• Meet leasing objectives using first-hand leasing techniques.
• Address resident requests with discretion and resolve issues.
• Handle administrative duties including required reporting.
• Maintain a resident retention program and social activities.
• Design/maintain marketing concepts for staff to implement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, staff, vendors.
