Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience.
• Proficiency with OneSite, Bluemoon and Knock software.
• Experience in leasing, rent collection, budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Physically inspect common areas daily and address issues to keep grounds and facilities in peak condition.
• Walk the property daily to check cleanliness, safety and exterior conditions.
• Maintain market data to ensure competitive pricing and develop marketing/advertising strategies.
• Ensure market-ready units and maintain available units in ready condition.
• Approve lease paperwork, conduct move-ins/outs, and perform leasing duties as needed.
• Collect, record and deposit income accurately and timely.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff; manage performance and records.
• Approve invoices and oversee accounts payable activities.
