Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Leefort Terrace in Salem, MA. You will lead site operations, manage budgets, leasing, and compliance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines, while collaborating with on-site and off-site service providers and residents.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience in housing management; proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and Yardi is preferred; Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with housing management, budgeting, housing agency regulations and applicable programs like HUD/LIHTC.
• Strong organizational and management skills; able to work as part of a team.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; Yardi proficiency preferred.
• Mandarin language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors and oversees all site management programs, policies and contracts.
• Prepares annual operating budget and long-range capital needs studies.
• Manages leasing, income certifications/recertifications and unit inspections.
• Maintains resident relations and coordinates services with community partners.
• Ensures compliance with HUD/LIHTC and other regulatory guidelines.
