The manager ensures financial and operational goals are met while maintaining compliance with housing laws. Candidates should have at least 2 years in property management, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A background check and drug test will be required.

The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations including the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property. Your goal is to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals to ensure the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Qualifications

• 2 + years of experience in property management


• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies


• Proven 2 + years with Microsoft Office


• Valid driver's license


• Personal Smart Phone technology required

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience in property management


• Proven 3 + years with Microsoft Office


• Proven 2+ years of sales/marketing experience
