This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Tampa, which offers contemporary museums, a vibrant foodie culture, and the Florida Aquarium. Tampa is ranked in the top ten best places to live in Florida.

Responsibilities: The Property Manager will be an experienced leader, capable of directing, motivating, and inspiring a large team. If you are seeking a career and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that rewards success, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager is preferred. Background in conventional and student housing is a plus. Ability to manage communities with 200+ apartment homes. Strong leadership, mentoring, marketing, financial management, technical skills, and customer service skills are essential.
