As our Community Manager you'll have the opportunity to lead your team in providing excellent customer service, achieving NOI and maximizing the curb appeal of the community. Community Manager must haves:

  • Minimum 3 years property management experience.
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, e-mail, and a familiarity with the internet required.
  • Yardi or relative software experience required
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
