WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to join our team at Broadway Overlook, a 139-unit mixed-rate residential community located in Baltimore, MD.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Final salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
