Experienced in commercial Property Management and looking for a hybrid work opportunity? This could be the job for YOU!

A CA-based commercial third-party Property Management firm, specializing in the medical industry, is seeking a Property Manager to support their medical and office portfolio based out of Salinas and surrounding areas, with additional properties near Sacramento. The position involves traveling to property sites, with an on-site presence in Salinas 3 days a week.

Responsibilities include:
  • Staying informed on building certifications applicable to the properties
  • Developing and implementing new services for tenants
  • Managing building functions and events
  • Interfacing with tenants and vendors
  • Selecting vendors for TI and CapEx projects
  • Managing budgets for construction projects
  • Handling tenant issues and concerns
  • Communicating with ownership about renovation schedules
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing CAMs, annual budgets, and variance reports
  • Generating ownership reports and reviewing completed work by vendors/subcontractors
  • Collaborating with regional teams on specialty projects
Required Skills:
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership abilities to guide and mentor others
Must Have:
  • At least 3 years of commercial Property Management experience
  • BA or BS degree
  • CA RE license
  • Ability to commit to a project duration of up to a year, with potential extension
