The Salvation Army in Redmond, WA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee Haven Heights PSH site, handling leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and resident records in line with HUD and funding requirements.
This full-time, in-person role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of property management experience; you will collaborate with the Director, Maintenance Manager, and Case Management to support housing stability and quality operations.
Location: Haven Heights (2122 152nd Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Pay: $36.72/hour
Status: Regular Full-Time/Non-Exempt

The Property Manager is responsible for the administrative and operational oversight of all property management functions for the Haven Heights Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) site. The position oversees leasing, occupancy, rent collection, resident lease administration, property records, and housing-related reporting while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and funding requirements. The Property Manager works collaboratively with the Director of Haven Heights, Assistant Director, Maintenance Manager, Case Management team, and other program staff to promote housing stability while maintaining the integrity of the property’s operations. This position is under the direct supervision of the Director of Haven Heights

Sick Leave: 12 days of Sick Leave annually accruing from day one, eligible for use after three months’ service time.
