Job summary

Public Storage is a leader in the self-storage industry and is hiring now. We offer flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) with a total rewards package and benefits for eligible employees.

As a Property Manager, you will work at multiple locations, assess customer storage needs, and help drive sales of packing supplies. You will conduct daily inspections and manage cash handling and payments with a focus on outstanding balances.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based settings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between properties and work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
