Job summary

Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager in Longview, TX. Earn $15.00 per hour with flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm as needed.

Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, selling packing supplies, conducting daily inspections, auditing cash, and handling payments. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and performance-based bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.
• Ability to transport items and perform daily property tasks.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations and spend time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and readiness to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily responsibilities.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
