Job summary

Public Storage in the United States is hiring Property Managers to work across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, banking deposits, and helping customers stay current on payments with timely reminders. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
