Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, including Lyndhurst, VA. Earn $14.00 per hour with full‑time schedules 9:30am–6pm (weekends until 5pm). You’ll assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and own vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided. Benefits apply after meeting hours, with a rewards program for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.
• Transportation: must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls as needed.
