Job summary

Public Storage is hiring now in the United States. Our Property Managers work at multiple locations, managing storage needs and selling packing supplies. Earn $14.00 per hour with flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm, and mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.

Experience in customer service-based sales and a valid driver's license are required. You will inspect units, help customers with payments, and perform daily cash handling tasks;

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily duties.
• We help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
