Location: Brooksville, FL

Properties: 2 multifamily communities totaling 78 units

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee two residential rental properties in beautiful Brooksville, Florida. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing outstanding service to tenants and property owners alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing & Marketing: Manage all leasing activities, including advertising vacancies, conducting tours, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents. Address tenant concerns professionally and promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee routine and emergency maintenance, schedule vendor services, and follow up to ensure timely and quality work.
  • Property Oversight: Conduct regular inspections, monitor curb appeal, enforce community policies, and ensure the properties are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle rent collections, prepare reports, maintain records, and support budgeting efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in residential property management (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay organized
  • Proficiency with property management software is a plus
  • These communities are very close with a few minutes of each other perspective candidates must have reliable transportation, and be able to travel between properties as needed
