Vintage Raleigh West is a 379-unit luxury midrise community offering a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, along with townhomes. Residents enjoy top-notch amenities and a prime location that enhances their living experience.

Role and Responsibilities

As The Property Manager, Your Mission Will Be To Drive Positive Budget Performance For The Asset. To Achieve This Mission, You Will:

  1. Embrace Bluecrest's culture of empowerment and transparency by engaging in healthy debate with leadership (No Fear of Conflict) and sharing what is not working well (4WHAT) on a weekly basis.
  2. Maximize revenue by maintaining budgeted physical occupancy of 95%.
  3. Market your community effectively, regularly analyzing competitors and understanding your market demographics.
  4. Inspect your property weekly, identifying, tracking, and taking action to correct deficiencies.
  5. Adhere to your budget, monitoring expenses and noting variances monthly.
  6. Manage an effective resident retention program, aiming to outperform industry standards.
  7. Communicate daily with your team to execute leasing, renewal, work order, and turnover goals.
  8. Attract, train, develop, and retain top talent for every role at your property.
  9. Continuously evaluate your people, product, and pricing, proactively solving problems.
