Reporting to the Community Property Manager, the Property Manager Assistant I must, first and foremost, be sensitive to the needs and particular lifestyle challenges of the residential community and be able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours. Must have property management experience.
Ability to work and deal with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs, which may include clients with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration, and other challenges.
