Job summary

AWI Management Corp. is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a 48-unit complex in Placerville, CA. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent resident service, and uphold AWI's high standards.

Experience with affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC is strongly preferred. Housing on-site is required, and a collaborative, mission-driven team environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.

• Conduct move-ins and move-outs.
• Collect rent and security deposits.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and property presentation.
• Market and advertise vacant units to attract residents.
• Respond to emergency situations.

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellentserviceand the property ismaintainedto AWI'shigh standards.
