Licensed Property Manager

A highly experienced property management company, with nearly two decades of expertise in managing properties across Missoula County, is looking for a dedicated Property Manager.

Why you want this position:

• Starting wage: $25/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Advertise available units and help fill vacancies by reaching out to potential tenants
• Collect rental references for prospective tenants to ensure eligibility and reliability
• Support with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist with property inspections, ensuring units meet required standards and conditions

Qualifications:

• Experience in this industry required (property management and/or real estate)
• Property management and/or real estate license preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge - Google Suite, inner-office software and the ability to adapt to new software
• Possess a broad array of strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
