Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellent service and the property is maintained to AWI's high standards
• Managing all aspects of the property's daily operations
• Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references
• Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation
• Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications
• Conducting move-ins and move-outs
• Collecting rent and security deposits
• Enforcing lease agreements and community policies
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met
• Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation
• Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents
• Responding appropriately to emergency situations
• Following company policies and procedures
