Fountain Woods Apartments 102 unit, garden style, conventional apartment community in the city of Beaumont!

We hire experienced Property Managers who seek a long term career with an established owner-management company. Lucrative bonus potential up to 25% of annual salary plus leasing & renewal commissions. Knowledge of Yardi software and bilingual a plus. Need strong collection ability and understanding of budget control, revenue enhancement and resident retention, good attitude, marketing skills. A desire to succeed and a stable work history are essential. CAM and/or ARM certifications are beneficial. Background screening and substance abuse testing are standard employment requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing and showing units to prospective tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Utilize Yardi for budgeting, financial reporting, and property management tasks.
  • Address tenant concerns and conflicts, maintaining positive relationships within the community.
  • Conduct regular property maintenance inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
