Reporting directly to the property owner, this role requires hands-on management of leases, maintenance coordination, tenant screening, and rent collection. Proficiency with property management software, particularly AppFolio, is essential to track operations and communications efficiently. This position demands strong organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of tenant satisfaction and property upkeep, with no travel required.

30 hours per week -Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
