A leading multifamily property management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for 300 units in Tempe, AZ. The role involves managing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and marketing, ensuring community performance and growth. Candidates must have 5 years of property management experience and proficiency in Yardi, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of 300 units in the Tempe area. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, staff, financial budgeting, marketing, and leasing efforts while driving community performance and growth.
Responsibilities :
Oversee operations, staff, budgeting, marketing, and leasing.
Set performance goals and train the team on policies, leasing, and software.
Ensure a collaborative atmosphere and maintain relationships with third parties.
Implement marketing to reduce vacancies and inspect the property for maintenance and safety.
Requirements :
5 years of property management experience.
Yardi experience and bilingual in English / Spanish is required.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $25-30 / hr DOE
Schedule : Monday -Friday, extended working hours / weekends as needed.
