OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a seasoned, results-drivenProperty Managerto lead operations at a well-established, mid-sized residential community inSumner, WA. Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, this full-time role is ideal for someone with 5–8+ years of experience and a Type A personality who thrives on high performance, attention to detail, and maintaining top-tier property standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Ensure financial goals, occupancy, and retention targets are met
  • Supervise and develop on-site staff
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and compliance with all regulations

WHAT IT TAKES
  • 5–8+ years of property management experience

  • Certifications: CPM, CAPS, CAM or other relevant industry certifications preferred
