Ever dream of waking up and hitting the slopes on a powder day or paddleboarding across one of the prettiest lakes in the country?We’re a 46-year-old vacation rental management company in Lake Tahoe, and we’re looking for someone great to run our South Shore operations.This is a leadership role. You’ll manage a Property Manager and a team of Inspectors, take ownership of the homes and owners in your area, and have real freedom to improve the way things are done.We work hard, but we also want our team to enjoy where we live.
As our South Shore Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for roughly 90 homes and the team that supports them.
You are not expected to personally walk every property. Your job is to lead the people who do, make sure standards stay high, and keep the operation running smoothly.

Base salary: $72,000 - $80,000
Annual performance bonus: Up to $21,000
