This positions primary responsibilities include: the supervision of other on-site Staff, oversight of the physical condition of the properties common areas and maintenance work orders, being fully knowledgeable and exercising Landlord Tenant Law, active management of the annual operating budget, maintaining Tenant records, managing Tenant relations and timely rent collection, as well as effectively leasing vacant apartments to sustain heightened occupancy.

Major Duties / Scope Of Work

• Identifying and informing ownership of appropriate rent rates, collecting rent from tenants in a timely manner in accordance with the lease.
