ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Palm Harbor, FL. You will oversee day-to-day apartment community operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations, to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team of leasing consultants and maintenance staff, implement marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• High school diploma is required; post-secondary in business or property management is preferred.
• Previous property management experience in multifamily housing is highly preferred.
• Strong computer, math, negotiation, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
