Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a seasoned property manager to develop and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors. You will respond to tenants, manage leases, and oversee annual budgeting and reconciliations.

The role requires 5-7 years in commercial real estate, CPM/RPA designation, strong financial reporting skills, and proficiency with Yardi/MRI and MS Office. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Experience with capital improvement projects.
  • CPM or RPA designation.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports including variances vs. budget.
  • Experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).

About you

In this role you will
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Respond in a timely manner to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.
  • Be responsible for annual budget preparation and tenant reconciliations.
  • Successfully manage all operations tasks.
What you’ll bring
  • 5-7 years' experience in commercial real estate.
  • Experience with capital improvement projects.
  • You hold a CPM or RPA designation.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
  • Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).
Bonus Skills and Experience
  • Construction management experience.
  • Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
  • Experience in managing staff.

Area/Location Specific: Oregon OR Idaho OR Washington

This role will require travelling outside of state.

Salary

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $85,138 to $107,000

Benefits
  • Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability.
  • Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match.
  • Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually.
  • Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.
  • Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.
  • Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
  • Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
