We are seeking a Sr. Property Manager to become a part of our team!

A growing residential management company with a portfolio of around 20 large buildings 300k sqft with only 'Class A units' is looking for an experienced competent Property Manager to oversee the many buildings.

Typical Duties listed:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Design plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
• Will maintain the many properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations.
• Repairs- when there is an issue, the property manager must attend to it themselves or must hire someone to attend to it. Will have a large network of reliable plumbers, electricians, carpenters and other contractors.
• Maintenance- will be in charge of performing preventative maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition. For example, they are personally in charge of, or must hire someone to, exterminate, check for leaks, landscape, shovel snow and remove trash. Will groom the buildings as best as you can. This maintenance aims to keep current tenants happy and attract new tenants.
