Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Property Manager to lead a portfolio of short-term rental properties within our hospitality management group. You will supervise staff, ensure top guest experiences, and drive service standards across properties.

In this leadership role, you will build a skilled team, oversee operations, and manage budgets while maintaining high quality and guest satisfaction in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

• Time management, organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software; ability to learn new platforms.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, cleanliness and maintenance of properties.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance and preparation to meet standards.
• Conduct or delegate inventory checks and ensure properties are stocked.
• Manage, train and schedule staff or contractors for property care and guest services.
• Monitor expenses, submit receipts and support budget forecasting.
• Uphold company values and lead by example within the team.

Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience with leadership, team building, accountability, and strategic thinking preferred
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a can-do mentality
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn new platforms
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at a desk or on your feet for extended periods

Property Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with housekeeping systems, products, and techniques
• Aptitude for managing inventory, purchasing, and on-site preparation

• Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects concurrently
