Job summary

TSCG is seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager to join our Miami, Florida team. This role blends office collaboration with on-site management across portfolios in Pembroke Pines, Fort Myers, Hallandale, and surrounding areas, with some travel to properties required.

You will protect asset value, support tenant success, and deliver consistent, high-quality execution aligned with client objectives. A Florida Real Estate License and 3+ years of PM experience are essential, with bilingual

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
  • Florida Real Estate License active on start date.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English required.
  • Experience with budgets, CAM reconciliations, and owner reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a mixed portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties.
  • Lead owner communications with monthly calls and reporting.
  • Oversee tenant and vendor communications to support retention.
  • Manage rent collections and AR/AP coordination with Accounting.
  • Prepare monthly financial and operating reports with variance explanations.
  • Develop and reforecast annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Administer leases and documentation per terms, including insurance and sales reporting.
  • Coordinate vendor contracts and service agreements and oversee performance.
  • Oversee minor construction and capital projects from planning to completion.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address issues proactively.
  • Coordinate property tax reviews and appeals as applicable.
  • Collaborate with Leasing, Accounting, and Construction teams.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

TSCG is a privately held, third-party commercial real estate, located in Miami, Florida, is hiring an experienced Retail Property Manager. This role is a combination of working in our Miami office and working from the properties in your assigned portfolio. Portfolios properties located in Pembroke Pines, Fort Myers, Hallandale, Lake Worth, Coral Springs, Ocala, and Homestead, FL.

This role combines office collaboration with regular on‑site engagement at your properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service to their work. As a Property Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting asset value, supporting tenant success, and delivering consistent, high-quality execution aligned with client objectives. Some travel and on‑call emergency response are required.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Active Florida Real Estate License as of your start date with the company
  • Experience preparing budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations
  • Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional judgment, accountability, and a strong service mindset
What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and appearance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, leading ongoing communication including monthly owner calls and reporting
  • Manage all tenant and vendor communications, fostering strong relationships and supporting tenant retention
  • Oversee rent collections and cash management, working closely with Accounting on AR/AP coding, approvals, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial and operational reports with accountability for accuracy, variance explanations, and compliance
  • Develop, manage, and reforecast annual operating and capital budgets; oversee CAM estimates and annual reconciliations
  • Administer leases and tenant documentation, ensuring compliance with lease terms, including defaults, certificates of insurance, and gross sales reporting
  • Coordinate vendor contracts and service agreements, including bidding, insurance requirements, and performance oversight
  • Manage minor construction projects, small tenant build-outs, and capital projects from planning through completion
  • Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify and resolve operational, financial, or risk issues
  • Coordinate property tax reviews and appeals as applicable
  • Collaborate with internal Leasing, Accounting and Construction teams to deliver seamless service
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as required and exercise sound judgment in time‑sensitive situations
