Job summary

CTH Recruiting LLC seeks a Property Manager in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to oversee an established affordable housing community. Lead a onsite team, manage leasing and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver a thriving resident experience.

Two+ years of property management experience and LIHTC/Section 8 knowledge are required. Relocation assistance may be available and growth opportunities exist within a stable organization.
