Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property.
• Supervise property staff and external vendors.
• Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Respond promptly to resident requests.
• Conduct unit inspections during move-in/move-out and through maintenance checks.
• Develop and implement marketing ideas for vacancies.
• Lease current vacancies and new units.
• Monitor monthly financial budget and ensure regulatory compliance.

Property Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a Property Manager to oversee 92 units/3 properties near the University of Southern California (USC) campus. All properties are close to the business office. Opportunity for advancement. We offer online and in-person training.

Compensation

• $23.00-$25.00 per hour
• $300.00 auto allowance and $25.00 cell phone allowance
• Free 1‑bedroom apartment
• Pay range: $23 - $25 USD

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day operational management of all aspects of the property
• Supervise property staff and external vendors
• Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Respond promptly to resident requests
• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, focusing on the preventive maintenance checklist
• Conduct unit inspections, including move‑in and move‑out
• Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies
• Leasing current vacancies and new units
• Monitor the monthly financial budget
• Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi‑family property management with 80+ units; student housing experience preferred
• Knowledge of property accounting, e.g., Yardi
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills
• Available to work one weekend day
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
