West Coast Self-Storage is seeking a driven Property Manager for our Sylmar facility. This full-time role focuses on exceptional customer service, leasing, and day-to-day site operations.

You will manage pricing, maintenance, vendor relationships and the auction process, while guiding customers through the rental journey and ensuring financial accuracy. Weekend work is required in a fast-paced, growing team.

Competenze

• Retail sales, cash management and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve objectives.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers' storage needs in person, on phone and online.
• Create store plan to hit monthly and annual budgets.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards (cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, light bulbs).
• Manage vendors and capital expenditure projects.
• Drive auction process and show units; guide customers through leasing.
• Audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional people skills while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a thriving self‑storage facility. If you're a customer‑focused go‑getter, we want to hear from you!

Schedule

Full‑time, 9:45am-6:15pm. Two consecutive days off, however working days will vary depending on facility coverage.

Day To Day

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
• Drive auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
