Cottonwood Residential is looking for an experienced multifamily Property Manager to join our team at Steepleway Downs Apartments in Houston, TX. This role involves managing overall operations of the property, leading the property team, and overseeing maintenance and office functions. Qualifications include at least three years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred. Qualifications & Preferred Experience of a Property Manager

• Minimum three (3) years of Property Manager or related experience required.
• Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred.
• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
