Job summary

Kauai Vacation Rentals is hiring a Property Manager to build strong relationships with vacation homeowners and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will inspect properties, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, communicate updates to homeowners, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure every property is guest-ready.

Ideal candidates have experience in property management or hospitality, are highly organized, and possess a hands-on attitude with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, vacation rentals, hospitality, hotels, residential communities, or another customer focused environment.
• Build trust easily and communicate professionally with homeowners, guests, vendors, and teammates.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Enjoy solving problems and following through until the job is done.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in to support the team.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with Breezeway, Escapia, or other property management software is a plus, but training is available.

• Conduct property inspections to ensure homes are guest ready and maintained to company standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners regarding property updates, maintenance needs, and guest feedback.
• Track inspections, repairs, inventory, and property updates using company systems.
• Partner with Assistant Property Managers and internal teams to ensure every property delivers an exceptional guest experience.

One morning you may be meeting with a homeowner, another coordinating repairs with a vendor, and later ensuring a property is ready for its next guests. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while working alongside a supportive team that's committed to delivering outstanding service.

What Will You Do

Please note:

This is an onsite position based in Kauai, Hawaii. Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must already reside on Kauai or have independent relocation plans that allow them to begin working onsite within approximately 14-21 days of accepting an offer.
