• Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety inspections, maintaining schematics for electrical and mechanical systems, and enforcing safety procedures among team members.

Experience

Proven management experience supervising facilities or maintenance teams within industrial or commercial environments.

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience in HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial equipment repair.

Experience using YARDI software for work order management and maintenance scheduling.

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills in Korean and English to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
