Location: Homestead Village located Van Wert, Ohio- 60 units

Work Type: 30 hours a week with full time benefits.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management, a passion for resident satisfaction, and a results-driven mindset.

Education: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:

Minimum two years’ property management experience required.

Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.

Must have working knowledge of computer or tablet software.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.

Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.

Ability to effectively interact with community residents.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Responsible for implementing quality control of all regulations and policies/procedures related to the leasing process.

Assists with the budgeting process.

Manages daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units assigned.

Oversees building maintenance.

Ability to travel to alternative communities, if requested.
