221 units across 4 sites/parcels with 2 leasing offices (all within 10 minutes of each other)

Location:

Fayetteville, GA

Team size:

Currently 4 – Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Tech, and Assistant Manager

• Must have prior past experience working in a one person office for an apartment community for multiple sites. If you have worked on larger properties, you must like working in a one person office.

• Up for a challenge – previously navigated leasing and/or delinquency challenges successfully
• Self motivated, upbeat, fair but firm
• Go getter who is positive and friendly, but can be firm/strict when needed
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong delinquency/collections management
• Excellent with marketing & leasing
• Prior experience coordinating turns during a renovation a plus
