Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Farr West, Utah is seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee property operations, drive occupancy and meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family/manufactured home preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and web-based financial systems.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Community Manager

What You’ll Do

The Community Manager maintains property operations, attracts and serves residents and ensure we meet our financial goals.

Experience & Skills You Need

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems.

• Understanding of the operating complexities and the daily tasks associated with the position.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
