Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Apache Junction, AZ, seeks a Resort Manager to lead operations for our manufactured home community and RV resort. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional resident and guest service and strong day-to-day stewardship.

You’ll hire and supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate marketing, and maintain assets to maximize profitability while keeping the property clean and attractive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufacturing home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
