Job summary

KPM Property Management is seeking a motivated Property Manager in Dallas, Texas, to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in property management and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

This role involves managing team members, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring lease compliance to foster a thriving residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties to maintain quality standards and maximize occupancy
• Lead, train, and develop on-site staff to deliver superior customer service and operational excellence
• Manage tenant relations including lease negotiations, renewals, collections, and conflict resolution
• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance
• Coordinate maintenance and repair projects to ensure property safety and aesthetics
• Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or related real estate field
• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Bilingual proficiency required for effective communication with diverse resident populations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Certain property management certifications (CAM, CAPS) are a plus
