Job summary

KPM Property Management, LLC, based in Houston, Texas, is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned multifamily properties, drive occupancy, and achieve financial objectives. You will lead onsite teams, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident services, administer leases, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Strong leadership, bilingual communication, and proficiency with PM software and MS Office are required; CAM/CAPS

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management or real estate operations.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual skills to engage with diverse residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
